About Our School
Groundwork Grappling is proud to offer traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes in Rhinelander since 2015! Our newest expansion has brought us deeper into Rhinelander’s history as we are now teaching out of the former Curran School! Swing in and come on down to the lower level to check us out!
We are a Cleber Luciano affiliate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school- Our mission is to build confidence and share Brazilian Jiu Jisu with all of Northern Wisconsin.

About our Art
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an incredible self defense system based on principles of technique and leverage, designed to allow practitioners to defeat opponents of a much greater size and strength. This means you don't have to be big, fast or strong to be an effective practitioner. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was established in 1925, and has been proven to be one of the most effective forms of self defense.
